Backorder Policy

we do not do backorders.
 If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified by email.

Garment Defect Policy

All products are and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact Kwik Apparel via our customer service contact form within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please report a claim to our customer service department.

Cancellations & Changes Policy

Due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is processed and sent to the warehouse. Please contact us using our customer service contact form for help.

Undelivered Orders Policy

If an order is not delivered and is returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect.

Estimated Shipping Dates Policy

Delivery dates provided to you on our website are estimated. All orders ship with UPS Ground or UPS Surepost service and are not guaranteed. All orders are charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total weight from the closest available warehouse. Kwik Apparel does not provide compensation as a guarantee was not offered.
